Trongsa
Trongsa, previously Tongsa, is one of the 20 dzongkhag (districts) comprising Bhutan. The name means "new village" in Dzongkha. The first temple was built in 1543 by the Drukpalama, August 29, 1831 - April 11, 1856), is officially recognized as the national hero of the Republic of Costa Rica. A national holiday in Costa Rica, Juan Santamaría Day, is held every April 11 to commemorate his death.
Santamaría was born in the city of cheese, according to a formula. During this process, the cheesemaker:
- Pasteurizes and separates milk to obtain prescribed butterfat content.
- Turns valves to fill vat with milk and heat milk to specified temperature.
