Günter Zöller ( - 21. Mai1948 in Chemnitz, Sachsen, Deutschland) ist ein deutscher Eiskunstläufer.
Günter Zöller begann als Kind mit dem Eiskunstlaufen. Er trainierte bei Jutta Müller und startete für den SC Karl-Marx-Stadt, also für die DDR.
1967 besiegte er bei den DDR-Meisterschaften Reinhard Mirmseker, den amtierenden Präsidenten der Deutschen Eislauf Union.
1970 wurde er Dritter bei der Europa- und bei der Weltmeisterschaft. Anschließend war er jedoch verletzt.
1972 verließ er die DDR und siedelte in die Bundesrepublik über. Hier wurde er erfolgreicher Trainer in Mannheim und brachte unter anderem Claudia Leistner und Rudi Cerne groß heraus.
Er ist heute noch Trainer in Mannheim.
