Förbandsteknik

Ett förband är en sammanfogning av två beståndsdelar i en teknisk anordning. Det finns många olika typer av förband, som har olika egenskaper när det gäller ekonomi, hållfasthet med mera.

Svetsförband

Svetsning, metod i metallbearbetning. Svetsning innebär att man hettar upp metallbitar med en låga och sammanfogar dem; på så sätt uppstår ett svetsförband. Åstadkommande av förbindning mellan ett arbetsstyckes delar - med eller utan tillsatsmaterial - eller mellan arbetsstycke och tillsatsmaterial, genom energitillförsel i form av lokal uppvärmning till minst grundmaterialets smälttemperatur, genom plastisk lokal flytning eller genom atomär diffusion. Limförband

Lim eller klister är samlingnamnen på till substansen klibbiga bindemedel för sammanfogning av två eller flera fasta kroppar. Lim för ark, folier och andra tunna eller mjuka kroppar kallas ofta för klister, men gränsen är flytande och ofta helt godtycklig.

Lim eller klister?

Historiskt sett är lim bindemedel framställda ur en animalisk naturprodukt medan klister utgår från vegetabiliska råvaror. Man talar t ex om kaseinlim som är framställt ur kasein samt stärkelseklister som är framställt ur stärkelse. I och med introduktionen av syntetiskt framställda häftämnen har betydelseskillnaderna mellan lim och klister avtagit.

Huvudtyper av lim

Det går att dela in lim i tre olika huvudtyper beroende på deras funktion.
- Torkande lim, lim som verkar genom att lösningsmedlet avdunstar.
- Härdande lim, lim som verkar genom att det reagerar kemiskt med ett annat ämne. Exempel: 2-komponentlim.
- Smältlim, plaster som värms upp till flytande form och som under stelningen fungerar som ett lim. Kategori:Förbandsteknik ja:接着剤

Spikförband

En Spik motsvaras av en metallstav där ena ändan är vässad, och den andra är oftast försedd ett huvud (skalle). Spiken används för att sammanfoga¹ trädetaljer med varandra eller mot andra material. 长征二号F火箭

长征二号F火箭自1992年开始研制，1999年首次发射并成功将神舟一号飞船送入太空，长征二号F火箭是在长征二号捆绑火箭的基础上，按照发射载人飞船的要求而研制的运载火箭。火箭首次采用垂直总装、垂直测试和垂直运输的“三垂”测试发射模式。该火箭属二级捆绑式火箭，由四个液体助推器、芯一级火箭、芯二级火箭、整流罩和逃逸塔等几个部分组成，是目前中国安全性能最好、起飞质量最大、长度最长的火箭。

逃逸系统

逃逸系统也叫逃逸塔，位于飞船的顶部，高8米，状似火箭上的避雷针。逃逸塔内有10台共四种的发动机，自上而下分别为控制发动机、分离发动机、主逃逸发动机和高空逃逸发动机。前三种发动机是负责39公里以下高度的逃逸工作，高空逃逸发动机则是在39至110公里高度才发挥作用。在神舟一号飞船上天之前，作了模拟飞行故障，逃逸塔成功地将返回舱安全地带到了地面。其任务是在火箭起飞前900秒到起飞后160秒时间段内，万一火箭发生故障，它可以使箭船分离，并拽着轨道舱和返回舱降落在安全地带，使航天员脱险。

控制系统

长征二号F火箭配备了两套控制系统，如果主控制系统出现了故障，可以迅速切换到另一套系统上来，以确保火箭的正常工作，使火箭的可靠性大大提高。

故障自动检测处理系统

长征二号F火箭上增加了故障检测处理系统，系统在飞船待发射阶段和上升阶段都可以对故障进行自检测、自诊断，一旦有问题就会发出信息。若航天员尚未进舱，则可跳进塔架上的逃逸布袋滑到地下室的安全区。若航天员已入舱，系统则指挥火箭的逃逸塔点火，把飞船返回舱带到安全地带。 category:中国航天
